Laminated, waterproof and tear-resistant tourist map of the Seychelles with a street plan of Victoria, showing larger islands separately at 1:50,000 or 1:25,000, plus maps of groups of the archipelago’s outer islands.
The maps show the island’s road networks and airports or airstrips, and highlight places of interest, beaches, windsurfing, scuba diving and snorkelling sites, shipwrecks, etc. Topography is shown by relief shading with heights for main peaks.
The islands are covered at:
- Praslin - La Digue group (with an enlargement for the Valleé de Mai), Mahé, Silhouette, North, Marianne, Desroches at 1:50,000
- Bird Island, Denis, and Aride at 1:25,000
- the three outer groups, Amirantes, Farquhar and Aldabra, at 1:2,500,000
The maps are indexed, with separate lists of places of interest, beaches, etc. An indexed street plan shows central Victoria on Mahé at 1:13,000. Also included is a general map of the whole of Seychelles archipelago and information on the area’s climate.
